Snow at Nygårdsbroen

Maybe it is difficult to see, but the wearther was really bad. the only way to take a picture without having snow on the lens, was under the bridge. Fortunatelly this also gave a nice framing.

Jarle Bernhoft in Grieghallen

Electric sun

When I took this picture the other day I got like a flashback to Olafur Eliasson's "The weather project", which I saw at Tate Moder, close to eight years ago:

More photos in the blog following the building of Bergen University College at Kronstad.

Foggy

I really can't explain why, but I do like this picture. Maybe it is because of the light. It becomes completely different, because of the fog. The scene that I pass every day, change into something less familiar.

The island

The high tide made these stones become a small island.

They have an interesting story. The stones were uased as ballast, and came by sailships (I guess) that left Bergen with fish and other goods of trade.

Who knows where these stones once came from. Maybe form the Baltic, or the Mediterranean Sea...
